What is my order status?

The order-status is listed on the page of My Order, like these:

Pending or Waiting Paid – The order is pending, not active and waiting for your payment. Please do the payment in 7 days after the order placement date.

Failed – the order payment is not done correctly. In that case, please re-place the order and choose the correct payment method or contact us for assistance.

Deleted – The order is deleted, because no payment has been done in 7 days, or for other reasons mutually agreed. In that case, you will have to re-place the order if still interested.

Paid – The order payment is successfully done. We are starting to arrange the shipment of your order.

Shipped – Your order has been shipped, and you should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

 

Where can I find all details of my order?

Enter the page  My Order, find the specific order you want to check, in the same line to the right, there is a link “Order Operation”. Click that, in the new page popped out, you will find all details of that order.

 

How do I track the shipment of my order?

1) Click “Order Operation” on the page My Order, in the new page popped out there is the tracking number(s).

2) Copy the tracking number, the number after “#”, into the textbox below and click the button “Track” to the right.

3) In the list popped out, select the correct Courier Company (shown in the Tracking Number before “#”), and you will see the real-time order-delivery-status.

4) If there are more than 1 tracking number, you can do it one by one to track each shipment.

 

When can I expect my product to arrive?

Following the steps listed above, you can check the real-time shipment status of your order. Generally, for shipments using the method of Standard Shipping, items may take 2 to 7 business days to arrive, excluding the special regions which are very far away like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Etc.

 

Our Shipping method:

Standard Shipping (including DHL, FedEx, or other courier methods) is the normal method we use for your order. We offer free ground shipping for all orders in the contiguous US, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc. (for those regions you will be charged a shipping fee). While our shipping partners do not guarantee exact delivery times, orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to arrive to destinations within the contiguous US.

About payment:

These are the kinds of payments we accept: PayPal, Stripe (Credit Cards), Bank Transfer, Western Union. Normally we require order payment within 7 days after the order placement date. You can find the detailed payment information at <Instructions for Payments>.
