Instructions for Payments

 

Payments within 7 days please:

Normally we require order payment within 7 days after the order placement date. Failure to do that may result in automatic order-deletion. In that case, you will need to re-place the new order again.

 

How can I find my unpaid orders to continue those payments:

If the payment is not finished during your order-checkout, you can still find your order(s) on the page My Order, with the status marked “pending” or “waiting paid”.

Click the link “Order Operation” to the right, and, at the bottom of the new page popped out, you will find 4 buttons representing 4 kinds of payment method for you to choose to continue and finish that payment.

If the order status is marked “failed”, you need to replace the new order.

 

What happens after payment:

The status of your order shall be updated to “paid”. We will start to arrange the shipment of your order.

After the order is shipped, the order status will show “shipped”. At the same time, you will receive the shipping confirmation by email including the order tracking number(s).

Click “Order Operation” on the page My order, on the popped-out page, you can track the real-time shipment status of your order.

 

Payment by Bank Transfer:

If you want to change your payment method, you can click the button “Order Operation” on the page My Order and select your new payment method at the bottom of that new page to switch to the new payment method to continue.

 

Payment via Western Union:

Here is our Western Union account information for your use. The same information is included in the order-confirmation email sent to you after you place your order:

We support on-line payment by PayPal. To use that please just choose the option of PayPal when you place and checkout your order.

For unpaid orders, click “Order Operation” on My Order, at the bottom of the popped out new page you can also select PayPal to continue and finish your payment via PayPal.

 

Payment by Stripe (Credit Cards):

Please select Stripe during the order checkout and follow the steps.

For unpaid orders, click “Order Operation” on My Order, at the bottom of the popped out new page you can also select Stripe to continue and finish your payment via Credit Cards.
